For Broadsign Control networks

Prove your network is up.
Prove the campaign ran.

BroadTrack reads your Broadsign Control data and turns it into uptime evidence, fault intelligence and advertiser-ready proof of play — without a single manual export.

Read-only connection. No change to your Broadsign configuration. Live in days, not quarters.

Running a network is not the hard part. Proving it is.

You can see status. You cannot show history.

Broadsign tells you a player is offline right now. It does not tell you what your uptime was last month, per site, against the threshold in the contract. So the SLA conversation becomes one person's recollection against another's.

You hear about under-delivery from the advertiser.

The delivery data is there. Nobody is watching it daily against the goal, so a campaign that was never going to hit its number gets discovered in the wash-up meeting instead of in week one, when it could still have been fixed.

Every report is built by hand.

The asset register, the fault log, the monthly proof-of-play pack. Exported, pasted, formatted, checked, sent. Every month. By someone who has better things to do.

Everything your network already knows, finally reportable

Seven report families, every one filterable by network, site, screen, date range and — where the data allows it — hour of day. All exportable.

Uptime and SLA evidence

Uptime by screen, site and network for any period, against your contracted threshold. Breaches flagged. Trading-hours uptime reported separately from overnight, because they are not the same thing.

Fault intelligence

Every incident with where it happened, when, how long it took to resolve, and whether it has happened before. Faults by hour of day and day of week, so you can see the pattern rather than the noise.

Campaign delivery and pacing

Plays and impressions against goal, every day of the flight, with a projection of where the campaign will land. The ones heading for under-delivery surface while there is still time to act.

Advertiser proof of play

A per-campaign pack — daily plays, impressions, the screen list with addresses, the creatives that ran. Generated, branded and ready to send.

Content and distribution

What was loaded, by whom, when. What reached the players and what stalled. What has not played in ninety days and is quietly consuming your storage quota.

Inventory and vacancy

How full each loop actually is, by screen and by daypart, with unsold capacity valued at your rate card. The evidence base for a pricing conversation.

Asset register and exports

Every screen and player — location, type, player version, last poll, uptime, open faults, tags — searchable, mappable and exportable to Excel in one click.

Three steps, no disruption

  1. Connect

You generate a read-only API token in Broadsign Control. That is the whole integration. Nothing is installed, nothing on your players changes, and no Broadsign configuration is touched.

  2. Sync

BroadTrack reads your network on a schedule — player status every five minutes, campaign delivery hourly, your asset and content registers daily — and builds a history that Broadsign does not keep for you.

  3. Report

Dashboards, scheduled exports and alerts. Filter by network, site, screen, date range and hour. Send a client their own scoped portal, or just send the PDF.

Uptime and fault reporting resolve to the hour. Play and impression data resolves to the day — that is a limit of the source data, not of BroadTrack, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing.

Boring where it should be

Read-only by default

BroadTrack reads your network. Control actions — remote push, screen power, incident resolution — are opt-in, off unless you turn them on, and logged with the user who triggered them.

Your data stays yours

We do not aggregate it, benchmark it against other networks, or sell it. No exceptions, no opt-out to read carefully.

Scoped access

Users see only the folders you grant them. Advertiser portals are scoped to that advertiser's campaigns and screens.

UK-hosted, UK GDPR

Data is held in the UK, under a written data processing agreement. Deletion on request, in full.

Questions worth asking

Does this change anything in Broadsign?

No. BroadTrack connects with a read-only API token and reads data. Your players, loops, campaigns and configuration are untouched. If you removed BroadTrack tomorrow your network would not notice.

How long does setup take?

Typically under a week from token to first dashboard. Most of that is us backfilling your history and agreeing what your networks and sites are called.

How far back can you report?

From connection onwards for uptime, because that history does not exist until something starts recording it. Campaign delivery can usually be backfilled as far as your Broadsign domain retains it. The sooner you connect, the more history you own — that is the one genuinely time-sensitive thing about this.

Can my advertisers see their own campaigns?

Yes. A scoped portal shows an advertiser only their campaigns and the screens those ran on, with proof-of-play export. They see nothing else on the network.

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of your estate and which report families you want. Tell us roughly how many screens and we will give you a number in the first conversation — not a quote process.

Are you affiliated with Broadsign?

No. BroadTrack is an independent product from Elula Online. Broadsign is a trademark of Broadsign International Inc.

See it against your own network

Tell us roughly how big your estate is and what you are trying to prove. We will show you BroadTrack running against data that looks like yours — and if it is not a fit, we will say so.
