Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the information you give us when you use the demo-request form on this website. It covers this marketing website only, not the BroadTrack product itself, which is governed by a separate agreement with each customer.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Elula Online (registration details to be confirmed). You can reach us at hello@broadtrack.uk.
What we collect, and why
When you submit the demo-request form we collect the name, work email, company, approximate estate size and the optional message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and to have the conversation you asked us to have. We also record the country your request came from and your browser's user-agent string, to help us spot and block automated abuse of the form.
We do not store the IP address your request came from.
Lawful basis
We rely on your consent (which you give by ticking the box on the form) to contact you about BroadTrack. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
How long we keep it
We keep demo-request records for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted. If you ask us to delete them sooner, we will.
Who we share it with
We use Resend to deliver the notification email that tells us you have been in touch, and Cloudflare to host this site and store the enquiry. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else. Your details are never added to a mailing list.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not collect any personal data or track you across sites. That is why this website has no cookie banner — it sets no cookies.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email hello@broadtrack.uk and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
